StartingtheFreezer

Temperature Control
Freezing temperature selection is made by
setting the control fl'om Ito 7 (coldest).

Temperature Monitor/High-Temp Alarm

The almm operates on household

An OlV/OFFswitch allows tile temperature
alaxm to be deactixated if desired. The
fl'eezer is shipped with the switch in the
OFFposition. _Mter the fl'eezer has run
long enough to lower the temperature,
you may set the switch to the 0/Vposition.
Switch (onsomemodels)
CAUtiON: Adding more than 3 pounds (1.5kg)
of warm food per cubic foot of freezer capacity
can tngger the alarm.
Toactivatethe alarm,set the switch to the
ONposition.
Todeactivate the alarm, set the switch to the
OFFposition.
