HOW TO CONNECT YOUR PORTABLE STEREO
Note: If your stereo has an RCA-type AUDIO OUT
jack, see instruction A below. If your stereo has a
1/8" LINE OUT jack, see instruction B. If your
stereo has only a PHONES jack, see instruction C.
A. Plug one end of a 1/8"to RCA stereo audio cable
(available at electronicsstores) intothe jack
beneath the console.Plugthe otherend of the
cable intotheAUDIO OUT jack on yourstereo.

Note: If your stereo has an unused LINE OUT jack,
see instruction A below• Ifthe LINE OUT jack is
being used, see instruction B.
A. Plugone end of a 1/8"to RCA stereo audio cable
(available at electronicsstores) intothe jack
beneaththe console. Plugthe other end of the
cable intothe LINE OUT jack on yourstereo.

B. Refer to the drawing above. Plug one end of a 1/8"
to 1/8" stereo audio cable (available at electronics
stores) into the jack beneath the console. Plug the
other end of the cable into the LINE OUT jack on
your stereo.
C. Plug one end ofa 1/8"to I/8" stereo audio cable
(available at electronicsstores) into thejack
beneath the console. Plug the other end of the
cable into a 1/8"Y-adapter (available at electronics
stores). Plug the Y-adapter into the PHONES jack
on your stereo. Plug your headphones into the
other side of the Y-adapter.

Next, removethe wire thatis currentlypluggedinto
the LINE OUT jack on yourstereo and plugthewire
intotheunused side ofthe Y-adapter.Plugthe Y-
adapter intothe LINE OUT jack on yourstereo.
