Function
Light oven
This function will turn the oven cavity light on.
Other instances where the oven light will turn on for 1 minute are:
• the desired function is selected;
• when the oven reaches the set temperature;
• when the handle grip of the thermostat is pressed;
• when the + button on the timer is pressed;
• when the oven door is opened.
Lower Gas Flame (gas burner)
This function is used for rapid and intense cooking of various dishes; it is suitable for: sh in a bag, braised
vegetables, skewers, duck, chicken, etc. You programmable maximum temperature is 300°C. To optimise
the cooking we advise to position the dish in the centre of the oven (third rack).
Ventilated (gas burner + rear fan ventilation) cooking
This function uses the simultaneous cooking of different dishes without the odours mixing among them. The
forced circulation of the warm air inside the oven cavity assures an uniform division of the heat. Lasagna
can be cooked in the oven, pizza, croissant and brioches, tarts, cakes, etc. You programmable maximum
temperature is 250°C. Note: when the oven is activated for the rst time, it operates for 10 seconds,
turns off for the next 15 seconds and then re-starts up to the set temperature for use
Soft Lower Gas Flame (gas burner)
This function is a suitable function for the cooking of delicate foods as sweets and desserts.
The combination between programmed temperature and time of cooking avoids burning food and
fundamentally, before beginning cooking it is advised to preheat the oven to the desired temperature. The

Grilling (closed door) & Rotisserie
This function is a suitable function for cooking/grilling in the provided baking deep dish, for grilling and
roasting meat on the electric rotisserie, you can also use this for nishing off dishes like pasta bakes or roast
vegetables. Use of the rotisserie (select models): support the cut of meat on the special support using the spit
rod and spikes provided in the motor of the roaster. Ideal for chicken, pork belly roll, etc.
Grilling (closed door) & Fan
This function is a suitable function for multi level cooking/grilling of meat where the heat is generated from
the grill and the fan will circulate the air. Great for: cuts of pork, sausages, skewers, game, potato dumplings
to the Roman, etc.
Multiple fan cooking
It is the function that allows simultaneous cooking of different dishes without the smells blending; you can cook
lasagne, pizza, croissants and brioches, tarts, cakes, etc.
Defrost
This function is a suitable function for rapid defrosting of all the foods generally frozen that they are brought
to the correct cooking temperature in a natural way. The programmable maximum temperature is of 60° Cs.
