Yes. Not sure how it compares with dedicated air fryers.

Probably it does have fan - in Air fry mode there appears additional sound (fairly weak though). Result-wise, I haven't noticed difference between Air Fry and Grill modes.

You can't change the temperature, the temperature stays the same for whatever you decide to cook, it's more to do with the time, let's say I was cooking chips, the chips would be cooked within 15 minutes, now let's say I was cooking frozen pizza, that might be slightly longer, maybe about 18 minutes. Hope this helps you.

Either bought frozen or homemade turn out great. It maybe worth trying a few first at 200* lowering to 180* depending on the size of chips you are doing. Ours turn out crispy outer soft inner. Lower temp say after 10 mins. Shake and do another 10mins. Good luck
