Operating instructions
See illustrations a-e on page 95.
The drying basket is suspended in the
drum and does not rotate with the
drum. This enables items which must
not be subjected to mechanical action
to be dried or aired.
Before use
^
Open the drum door.
Tip:
Make sure that the drum ribs are
horizontally opposite each other in the
drum (illustration a).
Rotate the drum by the ribs if
necessary.
The drying basket will then be easy to
fit and remove.
Fit the basket
^ Guide the basket horizontally into the
drum.
^
Lift the basket slightly at the back
and ...
^
... fit the two prongs at the front of the
basket into the two outer holes in the
drum opening (illustration b).
The drying basket will then drop into
position in the drum.
Please ensure that the drying basket
is horizontal and that the prongs are
correctly located.

Load the basket correctly
(illustrations c-e).
^
Close the drum door.

Please see the programme chart
for help in selecting the correct
programme for the items you are
airing or drying.
Remove the basket
After each use, first unload the
basket and then take the drying
basket out.
^
Lift the basket slightly at the back
and ...
^ ... unclip the two prongs.
^ Take the basket out of the dryer.
Cleaning
^ Clean the drying basket with a mild
non-abrasive cleaning agent or a
solution of washing-up liquid and wa-
ter. Dry with a soft cloth.
