GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
Please read and save these instructions.
Read carefully before attempting to
assemble, install, operate or maintain
the product described. Protect yourself
and others by observing all safety
information. Failure to comply with
instructions could result in personal
injury and/or property damage! Retain
instructions for future reference.
WARNING: RISK
OF BURSTING
• Make sure that pressure does not
exceed 5000 PSI maximum working
pressure rated for the reel.
• Never make adjustments on hose reel
while in operation.
• Before connecting hoses, make sure
that the reel is installed properly.
• Be certain all connections are secure
and inspect for leaking before using
pressure washer.
DANGER: RISK OF
INJURY FROM SPRAY
• Always wear safety glasses or goggles
and appropriate clothing.
• Never point the high-pressure
discharge at a person, any part of the
body or animals.
• Keep operating area clear of all
persons.
• Do not allow children to operate this
product. Do not use around children
This product must be attended during
operation.
WARNING: RISK OF
HOT SURFACES
• Maximum water temp is 325°F. Water
must be clean fresh water.
• Do not operate gasoline engines in a
confined area; always have adequate
ventilation.

INSTALLATION
INSTALLATION AND SETUP
1. Attach the handle (A) to
flange assembly using the
nuts/bolts provided.
2. Mount base (B) on a proper surface
using appropriate fasteners.
Make sure mounting is secure.
3. Apply sealant tape to water
supply hose fitting and connect to
hose reel inlet fitting (C). Always
ensure connections are secure.
4. Route output hose (D) through
hose guide, flange assembly
slot and clamp (F).
5. Apply sealant tape to output
hose and connect to hose
reel swivel (E). Always ensure
connections are secure.
6. Tighten clamp (F).
7. Extend hose and wind onto the
reel drum by turning the handle
with the lock pin (H) unlocked.
Lock reel when not used.
8. To adjust reel tension, turn the
tensioning nut (G) on the side of
the reel. Clockwise to tighten.
Counterclockwise to loosen.
