TRADITIONAL CONVECTION COOKING

Theupperandlowerheatingelementsswitchon.

The heat is diffused by natural convection andthetemperature must be set between

120°F(50°C)and480°F(250°C)viathethermostatknob.

Recommended for:

Forfoodswhichrequirethesamecookingtemperaturebothinternallyandexternally,i.

e.roasts,spareribs,etc.

THERMOSTAT KNOB(g.3.2)

To turn on the heating elements of the oven, set the switch knob on the

desiredprogramandthethermostatknobontothedesiredtemperature.

Tosetthetemperature,itisnecessarytomakethechosennumber,printed

ontheknob,tomatchwiththecontrolpanelindicator.

The elements will turn ON or OFF automatically according to the energy

needwhichisdeterminedbythethermostat.

Theindicatorlightwillcycleonandoffduringcooking.
