Using Sensor Cooking
SENSOR COOKING
SENSOR OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Sensor Cook allows you to cook most of yourfavorite
foods withoutselecting cooking times and power
levels.The oven automaticallydetermines required
cooking time for each food item.When the internal
sensor detects a certain amountof humiditycoming
from the food, itwill tellthe oven howmuch longerto
heat. The display willshow the remaining heattime.
For best resultsby Sensor, following these
recommendations.
• Foodcooked with the sensor system should be at
normal storage temperature.
• GlassTray and outside ofcontainer should be dry
to assure best cooking results.
• Foodsshould always be covered looselywith
microwavable plasticwrap, waxed paperor a lid.
• Do notopen the door or touch the "STOP/CLEAR"
key during the sensing time.When sensing time is
over, the oven beeps twice and the remaining
cooking time willappear inthe display window.At
this time you canopen the doorto stir,turn, or
rearrange the food.
SENSOR COOKING GUIDE
Appropriate containers and coverings help assure
good Sensor cooking results.
• Always use microwavablecontainers and cover
them with lidsor ventedplasticwrap.
• Neveruse tight-sealingplasticcovers. They can
prevent steam from escaping and cause food to
overcook.
• Matchthe amount to the size of the container.
Fillcontainersat least halffullfor best results.
• Besurethe outside ofthe cooking container and
the inside ofthe microwave oven are dry before
placing food in the oven. Beads of moistureturning
into steam can mislead the sensor.
