6. Firmly attach the fixture
ground wire (bare copper) to the
mounting bracket with the ground
screw (by wrapping around the
ground screw) and then connect it
to the house supply ground wire
with a wire nut. Connect the black
wire from the fixture to the black wire
in the electrical box and connect the
white wire from the fixture to the
white wire in the electrical box.
7. Once connections of wires are
completed, carefully tuck wires and
wire nuts into the electrical box
making sure no bare wire (on the black
and white) is visible at the wire nuts.
8. Position fixture over studs on
mounting bracket assembly. Secure
fixture in place with star washer(s) and
cap nut(s).
9. Remove spinner nut from
socket. Position shade on lamp and
secure with spinner nut.
10. Install the specified bulb type
and wattage (not included).
1. Mount the mounting bracket
to electrical box using electrical
box screws (not included). Make
sure the studs on the mounting
bracket are facing out from the
electrical box.
Note: If your fixture requires a
longer drop, follow steps 2- 3 for
assembling the extra downrod.
2. Remove ground wire and
screw. Remove screw holding ball.
Remove ball and gromet.
3. After ball is removed, thread
wires through extension rods.
Reinstall the ball and secure screw
to hold ball in place. Install ground
wire and screw. Install gromet.
4. Determine your downrod
length. Lock in place by tightening
the collar and set screw.
5. Install the length of rod that is
required by threading wire through
the rod and screwing it to the
fixture.

1. TURN OFF ELECTRICAL POWER BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION OF LIGHT FIXTURE.
2. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPLICABLE INSTALLATION CODE
BY A PERSON FAMILIAR WITH THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT AND THE
HAZARDS INVOLVED.
3. FIRMLY ATTACH THE FIXTURE GROUND WIRE (BARE COPPER) TO THE MOUNTING BRACKET WITH
THE GROUND SCREW (BY WRAPPING AROUND THE GROUND SCREW) AND THEN CONNECT IT TO
THE HOUSE SUPPLY GROUND WIRE WITH A WIRE NUT.
4. TO CLEAN THE FIXTURE, TURN OFF THE POWER, WAIT FOR IT TO COOL, AND WIPE THE FIXTURE WITH A
CLEAN, SOFT CLOTH.
5. CLEAN GLASS WITH WATER ONLY.
