CAMPO DI IMPIEGO
• La paletta per pizza PAL, è consigliata per informare e sfornare con facilità pizze,
tigelle, ecc.
• PAL è consigliata a tutti i possessori della piastra in refrattario PPR1 e ai possessori
del kit piastra pizza per cucine libera installazione.
MODALITÀ D’USO
• Per un corretto utilizzo di PAL, è consigliabile cospargere leggermente la superficie
d’acciaio di farina e/o semolino, per facilitare la scorrevolezza dei prodotti freschi che,
essendo umidi, potrebbero “incollarsi” all’acciaio.
• Impugnare sempre PAL dal manico in legno.
• Evitare altri usi al di fuori di quelli consigliati.
PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
• Per la pulizia della paletta, utilizzare spugne non abrasive e acqua calda. Evitare
l’utilizzo di detersivi e/o spugne che possano rovinare sia la superficie in acciaio, sia il
manico in legno.
INTENDED USE
• The PAL pizza shovel is recommended for placing pizzas, muffins, etc. in the oven
and removing them.
• The PAL is recommended for all owners of the PPR1 refractory plate and the pizza
plate kit for free-standing cookers.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• For best results when using the PAL, the steel surface should be dusted with flour
and/or semolina to ensure that uncooked products slide over it freely; otherwise, they
may stick to the steel.
• Always take hold of the PAL by its wooden handle.
• Do not use except as recommended.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• To clean the shovel, use non-abrasive sponges and hot water. Do not use detergents
and/or sponges which may damage either the steel surface or the wooden handle.

• La palette à pizza PAL est conseillée pour enfourner et défourner facilement les
pizzas, les galettes, etc.
• PAL est conseillée à tous ceux qui ont la plaque réfractaire PPR1 et le kit plaque à
