Product Assembly
STEP 3a: Back Support Frame
Attach Back Support - Assembly (5-ASM) to the Seat Slider- Assembly (2-ASM) using:
● One HEX BOLT, 1/2" X 5" (17)
● One FLAT WASHER, 1/2" (10)
● One NYLON NUT, THICK, 1/2"(12)
Continue to attach Back Adjuster (25) to the Main
Frame - Assembly (1-ASM) using:
● One FLAT WASHER, 3/8" (13)
● Two FLAT WASHERS, 1/2" (10)
● One NYLON NUT, THICK, 1/2" (12)
STEP 3b: Seat Supports
Attach two SEAT HINGES (6) onto the Seat
Slider - Assembly (2-ASM)
TIP: Fully tighten HEX BOLTS (17)
& (13), then loosen their locking
NYLON NUTS, THICK (12)
approximately 1/4 turn so that BACK
SUPPORT - Assembly (5-ASN) &
BACK ADJUSTER (25) pivot freely,
without excessive movement.
TIP: Fully tighten Bolts (17) & (13),
then loosen their locking Thick Nylon
Nuts (12) approximately 1/4 turn so
that Back Support (5) & Back
Adjuster (25) pivot freely.

3/4 WRENCHES
