Classic Fresh Salsa
(makes 2 cups)
Vegan Cream Cheese
(makes 1 cup)
• Add all ingredients to bowl.
• Pulse until ingredients are ne and well blended.
Tansfer to bowl and enjoy with tortilla chips. Lasts up to a week in an air tight container.
• Add all ingredients to bowl and pulse until mixture is smooth. (Be sure to stop and scrape the
sides of the bowl)
• Empty mixture into loaf pan lined with cheese cloth.
• Place in refrigerator and let rest for 24 hours.
• Removed from pan and cheese cloth and enjoy

1 white onion (roughly chopped)
3 cloves of garlic (peeled)
1 jalapeños (seeded)

1 Cup cashews, soaked overnight, rinsed,
and drained
¼ Cup unsweetened coconut akes,
soaked for around 15 minutes, drained
1 tablespoon sweet white miso
2 teaspoons ground cumin
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
¼ Cup fresh lemon juice
teaspoon agave nectar
Pinch of salt
