RECIPES TO TRY
Soy Milk
100g Soy Beans
1L Fresh Water
Sweetener to taste
Boil the soy beans for one hour.
Place beans into BlendPro with fresh water and select the “Soy
Milk” Pre-set on the BlendPro.
Peanut Butter
200g unsalted peanuts
About 1-2 tbsp of peanut or vegetable oil
Honey (optional)
Salt (optional)
Place peanuts and oil into the BlendPro and select the NUTS pre-set.
Check consistency and add oil as required. Mix manually until a
fine paste has been made. This may take some time to complete.
Add honey or salt according to your taste.
NOTE: You will need to use the tamper to direct the nuts towards
the blades. This process can result in a higher operating
temperature so ensure you allow for a few small breaks to allow
the device to cool down.
Homemade Tomato Sauce
7 medium Tomatos
2 Small Shallots
8 Fresh Basil Leaves
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
Add pinch of sugar (sweetener)
Fresh Parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
Place all ingredients into the BlendPro and select the sauce pre-set.
Summer Fruit Tingle
1 Ripe Banana
6 Large Strawberries
1 Large Mango (pitted)
1 Apple
Large handful of Ice Cubes
1 Tablespoon of Natural Yoghurt
50ml Low Fat Milk
Cut mango into small cubes cutting around the seed, Discard seed.
Place all ingredients into the BlendPro and Select the smoothie Pre-set.
Serve & Enjoy
