6. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
This spotlight features two different lamps. Select the suitable light operation
mode for each application. The unit can be hung from the built-in hook in the
carry handle.
6.1 Make sure the battery is fully charged.
6.2 LED spotlight mode: Press the switch on the handle to turn the spotlight on and
off. Run time: about 3 hours.
6.3 Lantern mode: To turn the lantern on and off, press the ON/OFF button on the
front of the unit. Run time: about 12 hours.
6.4 Recharge the unit after use, and at least every 3 months.
7. MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
7.1 Unplug unit and allow it to cool before attempting any cleaning or maintenance.
7.2 All exterior surfaces of the unit can be wiped clean with a soft cloth, dampened
with soap and water. Do not immerse or submerge any part of the unit in water or
any other solvent. Never use solvents or cleaning agents containing petroleum
(gas, kerosene, oil), paint thinner, turpentine, alcohol or ammonia. Harsh
materials like these can damage surfaces.
7.3 Ensure that all of the unit’s components are in place and in good working condition.
7.4 Any servicing should be performed by qualied service personnel.
8. STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
8.1 Store inside, in a cool, dry place.
8.2 Take care to avoid/prevent damage to the chargers, cords and unit. Failure to do
so could result in personal injury or property damage.
8.3 Charge the internal battery immediately after purchase, after every use and every
3 months.
8.4 All batteries are affected by temperature. The ideal storage temperature is at
70°F. The internal battery will gradually self-discharge (lose power) over time,
especially in warm environments. Leaving the battery in a discharged state may
result in permanent battery damage. To ensure satisfactory performance and
avoid permanent damage, charge the internal battery every 3 months.
9. TROUBLESHOOTING
