Press the button A4 once. The indicator light
A3 will be lit blue. The attachment A7 will
rotate to prevent milk from sticking to the
inner wall of the kettle and to form froth on
the surface of milk. The milk will heat up to
a temperature of 65 °C at which the milk does
not burn and its fl avour characteristics are
maintained.

Press the button A4 once. The indicator light
A3 will be lit blue. The attachment A8 will
rotate to prevent milk from sticking to the
inner wall of the kettle. The milk will heat up
to a temperature of 65 °C at which the milk

Press and hold the switch button for 2s.
The indicator light A3 will fl ash blue. The
attachment A7 will rotate to form froth on
the surface of milk.
Note:
The operation of the appliance can be interrupted at any time by pressing the button A4.
6) The operating mode will end automatically and the appliance will switch to the stand-by mode.
The indicator light A3 will be lit red.
7) Carefully remove the lid A1 and pour the milk out into a prepared container.
Note:
Do not repeatedly heat up the milk. Always use a new batch of cooled milk for the next heating
operation.
8) Clean out the inside area of the kettle A2 after each use according to the instructions in chapter
Cleaning and maintenance.
9) Before turning the appliance on again, wait approx 3 minutes. If the appliance is turned on
5 times in sequence without a break, the indicator light A3 will be lit blue and fl ash. The button
A4 is temporarily out of operation. This is a safety function to prevent the appliance from being
damaged. After 5 minutes the appliance will switch to the stand-by mode and will be ready for
further use. The indicator light A3 will be lit red.
10) If you will not be using the appliance, disconnect the power cord from the electrical power socket.
