For one (1} year from the original retail
purchase date. any part which fails in
normal home use will be repaired or
replaced free of charge,
Limited Warranties - Parts Only
Second Through Fifth Year = From the
original purchase date. parts listed below
which fail in normal home use will be
repaired or replaced free of charge for tr_e
part itself,with the owner paying all other
cos_s,includinglabor,mileage and
[ransportation. trip charge and diagnostic
charge, if required.

appliances.
Please Note: This furl warranty applies
only when the appliance is located in the
United States or Canada. Appliances
Ioca[ed elsewhere are covered by the
limited warranties onlv. including par_s
which fail dunng the first year.
Canadian Residents
This warranEycovers only those appliances
instafled in Canada that have been listed
with Canadian Standards Association
unlessthe appliances are brought into
Canadadue to transfer of residence from
the United States to Canada.
Thespecific warrantiesexpressedabove
are the ONLY warrantiesprovided by the
manubc_urer. Thiswarrantygivesyou
specific legal righLs,and you may alsohave
other n'ghtsthat vary,from state to state.
What is Not Covered By These Warranties:
1. Condkior_sand damages resulting from any of the following:
a. Improper instaIIation, deIive[%or maintenance.
b. Any repair, modification, alteration, or adjustment not authorized by the
manufacturer or an authorized servicer.
c. Misuse, abuse, accidents, unreasonabIe use, or acts of God.
d. Incorrect eIectdc current, voltage, or supply.
e. Improper setting of any controI.
2. Warranties are void if the original serial numbers have been removed, altered, or
cannot be readily determined.

4. Products purchased for commercial or industrial use.
5. The cost of service or service call to:
a. Correct installation errors.
b. Instruct the user on the proper use of the product.
c. Transport the appiiance to the servicer and back.
8. Consequential or incidental damages sustained by any person as a result of any
breach of these warranties.
Somestates do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental
damages,so the above exclusion may not apply.
