TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Possible cause and suggested solution
The device doesn't work. The plug is not plugged in or the socket is broken.
The machine does not
produce noodles.
Too much water: Take out the dough in the mixing bowl,
tear it as small as possible, add the right amount of our
and press MANUAL.
Too little water: Remove the extruder slices used, clean
them and reinsert them. Add the right amount of water
and press MANUAL.
The dough is too wet or the our too moist. Make
sure that the our is stored in a dry container. Adhere
exactly to the amount of our and water specied in the
reference table.
The mixing bowl, mixing axis and extruder disc have not
been cleaned or dried before use.
The noodles crunch or
crack.
The noodles have more burrs or cracks at the beginning
and end of extrusion due to the mixture. Add eggs or
some cooking oil to produce smoother noodles.
If you have time, you can rip the pasta dough into small
pieces after extruding and back into the mixing bowl.
Press MANUAL and extrud the dough again. The more
often you repeat this process, the smoother the pasta
will be.
At the end of noodle
production, there is still
some our or dough left
over.
First switch off the machine, remove the remaining
dough and assemble it. After the dough has been put
back into the mixing bowl, press the "Manual" button,
the machine will continue extruding noodles.
The noodles stick together
after extrusion.
After the noodles have come out, sprinkle some our
over them so that they do not stick together.
The noodles break. Too little water in the dough. Follow exactly the amounts
given in the reference table.
