WARNING
This air tank is designed to safely hold 225 PSI of tank air. Over filling with air or filling with any
other gas may result in personal injury or property damage. Fill tank with air only from a low
pressure tank or service station.
RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY. Wear safety glasses. Never spray tank air or material at self or others.
Do not use tank air for breathing. Keep the children away from air tank all the time. Do not use tank

Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry as they can be caught in moving parts. Protective gloves and
nonskid footwear are recommended. Wear restrictive hair covering to contain long hair.
Do not fill Air Tank with anything other than air. Do not overinflate. Do not exceed the maximum
pressure rating of any inflatable object. Check pressure frequently during inflation.The Air Tank
should be examined periodically.If any damage to the welds is noted do not use the tank.
The brass components of this product contain lead, a chemical known to the State of California to
cause birth defects (or other reproductive harm). (California Health & Safety code § 25249.5, et seq.)
Do not tamper with pressure relief valve. Do not modify tank or components.
This product can expose you to chemicals including lead, which is known to the State of

Before Operating
1. Before using any tool, any part that appears damaged should be carefully checked to determine that it
will operate properly and perform its intended function.
Before operating your Air Tank, check for damaged parts.
Do not exceed the maximum PSI air pressure.
Use compressed air only.
Do not over inflate. Never exceed the maximum pressure rating of any inflatable. Check pressure
frequently during inflation.
Pull the Safety Pressure Bypass Valve prior to operation to ensure that the valve is functioning properly
and to clear the value of any possible obstructions.
Beware of possible explosion. The unit is capable of reserving compressed air at high pressure which
could cause tires, toys or other inflatables to explode. This could result in serious injury.
When not in use, tools must be stored in a dry location to prevent damage from the elements.
Do not fill from any compressed gas cylinder.
Only fill with air from a service station or low pressure air compressor.
Do not expose the Air Tank to moisture or heat .
If a leak should develop in Air Tank, discard immediately. Do not attempt to repair a damaged Air Tank.
This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or near this item.
Use for intended purpose(s) only.
Inspect before every use; do not use if parts are loose or damaged.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Before using this tank, pull the ring on the safety valve to make sure that the safety valve operates
smoothly (Fig 1). Do not use air tank if the safety valve is stuck or does not operate smoothly.
Alway use the air tank in a stable and secure position to prevent accidental movement of the unit.Never
use the air tank on a roof or other elevated position.Never use on a ladder or unstable support.Use an
additional air hose to reach high location.
Operating temperatures are between 32°F and 104°F (0°C and 40°C).
Drain tank pressure completely before transport the air tank. Transport the air tank in the correct manner.
When transporting the air tank, grasp the handle.

Risk of bursting. If the safety valve does not work properly, over-pressurization may
occur, causing air tank rupture or an explosion.
An air tank can fall from a table, workbench, or roof causing damage to the air tank
and could result in serious injury or death to the operator.
Never operate in temperatures below 32°F (0°C) or above 104°F (40°C).
Risk of unsafe operation. Ensure proper footing and use caution when carrying air
tank to avoid a loss of balance.
Do not use tank for the storage of compressed gases other than air. If the tank has
changed shape in any way, discontinue use immediately.
Replace fittings if leaking or physically damaged in any way.
Always drain tank pressure completely before attempting to remove or replace any of
the fittings.

1. Connecting
Close the air cock (Fig 2).
Connect the compressor by connecting the air hose to
the quick plug of the tank.
Connect to the application by connecting the air hose to
the tank's quick couplers. (Fig 3)
Slowly open the air cocks.

High pressure air could result in death or serious injury. Never operate above
maximum operating pressure of the spray gun or tool.
Hot air tank surfaces could result in serious injury. Allow compressor to cool before
touching.
Do not use an air hose with a maximum working pressure of 225psi or below.
Before connecting the air hose to the tank , make sure that the pressure in the tank is
90 PSI and below (Fig 3).

(1) Close the air cock.(Fig 4)
(2) Slowly open the drain valve and completely release tank pressure.
(3) Disconnect the air hose from the air plug and quick couplers.
(4) Close the drain valve.(Fig 6)

Risk of serious eye injury from moisture and debris. Always wear ANSI Z87.1 safety
goggles.
High pressure air could result in death or serious injury. Shut off unit, unplug and
release air pressure prior to servicing.
High pressure air containning water condensation could result in minor or result in
minor or moderate injury. Do not spray at any person.

2. Adjustment of outlet pressure
Only one outlet's pressure is regulated (see fig 4). Adjust the outlet pressure to the required level by
turning the knob of the pressure regulator clockwise to increase the outlet pressure and counter
clockwise to decrease it. Tool gauge is provided to show when the required pressure is reached.
When adjusting the pressure, check and make sure that tank gauge for the tank has the pressure level
that is higher than that of the pressure to be adjusted.It is also imperative that you make adjustment by
slowly starting up the pressure from the level that is lower than the pressure to be adjusted.

MAINTENANCE
Procedure for draining condensation from tank:
FAILURE TO PROPERLY DEPRESSURIZE THE TANK BEFORE PROCEEDING MAY
RESULT IN SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY.
IF THERE IS ANY QUESTION ABOUT A CONDITION BEING SAFE OR UNSAFE, DO NOT
OPERATE THE TOOL.

Store in a dry, dust-free location away from children and any flammable materials.
STORING YOUR PORTABLE AIR TANK
Regularly drain water condensation from tank, which can lead to internal corrosion and damage to the
tank. To drain, keep all air cocks to the "OFF" position (Fig 5).
Turn air pressure regulator knob counter-clockwise to set the outlet pressure to zero (Fig 5).
Place suitable container under unit to catch water.
Slightly tilt unit and turn drain valve counter-clockwise to open (Fig 6).
After the water has been drained,close the drain valve(clockwise) (Fig 6). The air tank can now be stored.
