ADJUST THE LOCKING SCREWS
OF THE BASE SHOE (FIG.8)
After using the tool for a period of time, if
the base shoe is loosen during the opera-
tion even if you pivot the shoe-release lever
counterclockwise to secure the shoe, you
can rotate the hex wrench counterclockwise
to fully tighten two locking screws of the
base shoe.
