1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
This appliance has been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
Shinerich Industrial Ltd warrants, to the original consumer/purchaser, that all aspects of this
product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of
purchase shown on the purchasers receipt. Please retain your sales receipt as proof of
purchase might be required or requested. This limited warranty shall be limited to the
replacement of parts, which prove defective under normal use and service and which Shinerich
Industrial determines, at their reasonable discretion, to be defective. A replacement for any
defective part will be supplied free of charge for installation by the consumer.
This limited warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by over-heating, modification,
abuse, improper use, installation, storage or maintenance. The limited warranty also does not
cover damage due to shipment or poor handling. Shinerich Industrial Ltd will not be responsible
for labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation, repair or replacement, nor for incidental
or consequential damage. This limited warranty also does not cover damage or defect caused
by failure to perform routine maintenance, as described within the assembly/instruction manual.

This fi re pit is for use with dry, seasoned hardwood. It will burn hotter, more completely10.

Do NOT alter this fi re pit in any manner.12.

OPERATION
CLEANING
STORAGE
Routinely clean and inspect the re pit to extend the product life and maintain safe operating
conditions.
DO NOT attempt to clean the fire pit until it has properly and completely cooled
DO NOT clean the re pit while an active re or smoulder embers are present.
DO NOT use abrasive chemicals or oven cleaner as this could damage the paint nish.
1. Remove leftover coals and ash using a re place scoop or shovel (or handheld garden
shovel).
2. Rinse the re bowl and dump the water.
3. Wash the exterior surfaces using a mild dish washing detergent. A brush might be required
to help scrub some stains.
4. Rinse all surfaces and allow to dry or towel dry.
DO NOT move or store this re pituntil the re is out and it has completely cooled.
1. Once the coals are cold (no longer burning or smoldering) and the re pit has cooled,
remove and properly dispose of the ashes.
2. Move and store the re pit in a dry location.
Always store the re pit in a location out of reach of children and pets.
To help maximize the product life, keep the re pit stored in a dry location or covered from
weathering elements (rain, snow, etc).
GRILLING
If desired, this re pit can be used to grill food using the cooking grid attachment.To do so,
prepare a suitable re for cooking and position the cooking grid at a desired height.The grid
can swivel to access the re or to move food away from the fire or heat.

OPERATION
LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Begin with a clean/empty re bowl.
2. Build a layer of dry kindling on the center of the grate, or place a natural re starter.
3. Place dry, seasoned hardwood onto the grate by stacking around and over the starting
layer. Make certain the length of the wood is less than 3/4 the diameter of the re bowl.
4. Light the kindling or re starter using a match.
TENDING A FIRE
Once the re wood is burning, you may need to shift the wood to enhance the re as well
as add more re wood to create your desired re.
Using long handled re pit tools (tongs or poker), move the re wood and coals as needed
to allow air ow for more su cient burning.
DO NOT add ammable liquids (gasoline, diesel, kerosene, lighter uid or alcohol) to a
hot/lit re. If the ames burn out, enhance the re by adding kindling and more seasoned
hardwood. If additional wood is required, carefully place it on top of coals.
EXTINGUISHING A FIRE
If possible, allow a re to burn itself out. However, DO NOT leave a re unattended.
DO NOT use water to extinguish a re. This could result in injury from burner embers. It
could also damage the re pit.
Using re pit tools, spread coals/embers to allow them to burn out completely. DO NOT
attempt to move or dump the re pit until the re is out and the re pit has cooled.
Routinely clean and inspect the re pit to extend the product life and maintain safe
operating conditions.
DO NOT inspect or performance maintenance until the re pit has completely cooled.
Inspect all components and connections for signs of damage or corrosion. If corrosion is
found, remove as much corrosion as possible using a wire brush. Then repaint using paint
made for high temperature applications. If any hardware is corroded, replace with new
parts before next use.
NOTE: It is normal for the paint to discolor or burn o after repeated usage. To properly
maintain the re pit, remove excise corrosion and apply high temperature resistant paint.

constructions. Avoid using near or under overhanging trees and shrubs.
Always use this fi re pit on a hard level non-combustible surface such as concrete, rock 19.
or stone. An asphalt or blacktop surface may not be acceptable for this purpose. Do
NOT use on wooden decks.
Always empty this fi re pit before each use.20.
Do NOT wear fl ammable or loose clothing when operating this fi re pit.21.
Do NOT use in windy conditions.22.
Do NOT use gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel, or lighter fl uid to start a fi re or enhance an 23.
existing fi re.
Keep all electrical cords away from a hot fi re pit.24.
All surfaces of this fi re pit are hot when in operation. To avoid burns, do NOT touch fi re 25.
pit until it has completely cooled unless you are wearing protective gear (gloves, BBQ
mittens, pot holders, hot pads, etc). Never touch ashes or coals to see if they are hot.
Do NOT leave a lit fi re pit unattended, especially around children and pets.26.

OPERATION
Always keep raw meats separate from cooked food and DO NOT reuse serving dishes, plates
or utensils that have touched raw meats.
Use separate cooking tools for handling raw meat and cooked meat, even while grilling.
Defrost meats in a refrigerator. Do not allow meats to thaw at room temperature.
Thoroughly wash all dishes, plates and cooking utensils with warm soapy water.
Always wash your hands thoroughly with warm soapy water after handling raw meat or
utensils that have been in contact with raw meats.
