Problem Possible cause and solution
The device does not
work.
Check whether the plug is rmly plugged into
the socket. Plug it in again to be on the safe side.
Check that the left and right covers are attached.
If not, turn o the device, install the covers, and
turn the device on again after 15 minutes.
The device runs
through and does not
turn o any more, the
display lights up red
continuously.
Interferences are disturbing the device. Unplug
the device and turn it on again 15 minutes later.
The device does not
remove any odours.
The activated charcoal lter or the device is dirty.
Clean the activated carbon lter or replace it
with a new lter.
The dirt is not remo-
ved from the air and
the device runs very
loudly.
The HEPA lter is dirty. Clean the HEPA lter or
replace it with a new lter.
The dirt is not being caught by the lters. Move
the device to another room and let the fan
run at high speed to test whether there is a
malfunction.
The room might be too big to purify the air
eectively.
