After the cooling mode is used, you can switch it off.
Press the On/Off button (21).
Memory function
If you switch the appliance back on after initial start-up, the settings selected for the
operating mode are saved. Any activated timer is not saved in the appliance. If there is
a power failure or if the power supply is interrupted, the memory is deleted.
Setting the operating mode
The appliance has the following operating modes:
Normal wind mode
Natural wind mode
Sleep mode
Cooling mode
You can select this function by pressing the corresponding button when the appliance is
switched on or when a timer has been set.
Press the cooling mode button (16) to switch on the cooling function. Press the
cooling mode button (16) again to switch it off.
When the cooling function is activated and the water level switch is closed, the
pump runs.
If the cooling function is switched off at the start, the pump runs in the following
operating cycle: pump runs 3 s > pump stops 3 s > pump runs 3 s > pump stops 3 s
> continuous operation.
If the water level in the water tank is too low when the cooling mode is running
or when the cooling function is activated, the buzzer sounds three times and the
cooling mode LED (22) ashes at 1 Hz until the cooling function is deactivated or
the appliance is switched off.
After the water shortage alarm, if the water is relled, the alarm will stop, but the
cooling function needs to be manually turned on again.
Note: The pump switches off automatically when the water tank is empty. The cooling
mode LED (22) ashes if there is less than 2 litres of water in the water tank.
Setting wind mode
Press the mode button (19) to set the wind mode.
If you press the on/off button (21), the appliance runs in normal wind mode (no
display) by default.
Press the mode button (19) once to switch to natural mode, the LED for natural wind
mode (29) will ash.
Press the mode button (19) twice to switch to sleep mode. The LED for the sleep
mode (28) will ash.
