#1 Will it boil tea leafs or bag without blending it ? and I will strain myself ofcourse. & it there temprature control mannual ?

Hi and thank you for your question, The soup maker is not suitable for making Tea in it and the temperatures are pre-set for each function.

#2 Only on my second batch of soup and it heated the contents but hasn’t done the blending process as if it’s cut out. Any idea?

Hi there, your Soupmaker may be cutting out due to it being over-filled or due to ingredients becoming burnt to the bottom. Thanks
