#1 Can you fry mozzarella sticks in this air frier?

Yes, you are able to air fry mozzarella sticks and many other dishes.

#2 Can you take rack out and cook in the basket?

No the front of the basket is made out of plastic and it would melt if you put it on the stove. You have to use it in the air fryer or it’s not going to work. The rack has three silicone feet that keep the rack in position to cook on. It’s a very small air fryer. Cooks one serving of food at a time. I like it. I use it for home fries and hot dogs mostly
