OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
After Operation
1. Gas control is in OFF position.
2. Gas tank valve is OFF.
3. Disconnect gas line.
CAUTION: To avoid the patio heater tipping or falling over when the propane tank
is empty or not installed, we recommend securing the unit to a solid, heavy
structure and/or adding weight (sandbags, patio pavers, etc.) to the base.
The heater is best stored in an area sheltered from direct contact from inclement weather
(such as sleet, hail, snow, and debris). If desired, cover the heater to protect the exterior
surfaces and to help prevent debris build up in gas passages. Do not cover until patio heater
is fully cooled down and is no longer hot or warm to touch.
WARNING
FOR YOUR SAFETY:
• Do NOT touch or move heater for at least 45 minutes after use.
• Reflector is hot to the touch.
• Allow reflector to cool before touching.
