14 Pour the water out of the cup. Do not drink the water used and created during
cleaning and do not use it for any other purpose.
Note: Allow the appliance to cool down for 15 minutes after each programme to
prevent the appliance from overheating.
15 Repeat steps 13-14 until the water and milk tanks are empty.
Note: The device will emit a permanent single error tone to indicate that the
water tank is empty.
16 Turn o the device and allow it to cool down completely before proceeding to
the next step.
17 Pour the pre-cleaning water out of the cup and drip tray.
18 Wipe the device dry with a clean cloth. Your device is now ready to be used for
the rst time!
Note: If you are using milk for a preparation, clean the milk system of the device
after completing the preparation as described in CLEANING AND CARE in order
to keep the device functional.
