Press the volume button then rotate the outer
silver knob to adjust the SOUND SOOTHE and
DEMO program volume.
Turn outer silver knob slightly
counter-clockwise for a stepped
recline; do the same clockwise
for a stepped incline.
Press to pause/reactivate all massage functions.
Press to toggle heat on and off.

TIP: Replace the rubber plug when not in use
to keep the port free from dust and debris.
Gently flip up the rubber protective plug, then use the convenient USB
charging port to charge your phone while you enjoy a massage.
