MAINTENANCE
WARNING:
When servicing, use
only identical replacement parts. Use of any
other parts may create a hazard or cause
product damage.
CAUTION:
Before performing
maintenance or cleaning, remove the battery
pack from the jig saw.
1. The tool may be cleaned most effectively
with compressed dry air. Always wear
safety goggles when cleaning tools with
compressed air.
TROUBLESHOOTING
2. Use a small brush or the air discharge
of a small vacuum cleaner brush to clear
dust or debris from the air vents on the
motor housing.
3. Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic
parts. Most plastics are susceptible to
damage from various types of commercial
solvents. Use clean cloths to remove dirt,
dust, oil, grease, etc.
4. Lubricate the roller guide from time to
time with a drop of oil. It will extend the
life of the roller.
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
The saw does not work
