Cleaning the filter cover and grease filter

Cleaning the carbon filters
1 Lift the filter cover out.
2 Rotate the grease filter clockwise to
unlock, then lift out.
3 Wash with hot soapy water or in
the dishwasher.
4 For optimum performance clean the
filter and cover once a week.

the dishwasher.

2 Locate the ribbon and pull up to access
the carbon filters.
3 Using the key at the end of the ribbon,
insert into the slot on top of the filters
and use to pull the filters up and out.
4 To clean and deodorize the filters, place
in the oven at 200°C for 45 minutes.
Leave to cool before replacing. All four
filters must be in place before using
the cooktop.
Depending on intensity of cooking and
frequency of cooktop use, the filters will
need to be replaced every 2–4 years*.
