Range Hood Care
Cleaning
Exterior surfaces:
To avoid damage to the exterior surface, do not use steel wool or soap-
lled scouring pads. Do not use chlorine based cleaners. Rub in the
direction of the grain line to avoid scratching the surface.
• For a thorough cleaning, us Stainless Steel Cleaner and Polish.
• For everyday cleaning, use a mild liquid detergent and water. Dry
thoroughly.
• For a quick cleaning, wipe with a damp soft cloth or nonabrasive
sponge, then rinse with clean water and wipe dry.
NOTE: Always wipe dry to avoid water marks.
Metal lters and drip tray:
1. Use 2 hands to remove the lters. Grasp the lter handles, pull to-
ward the front of the range hood, and then pull down on rear handle
to remove. Repeat for each lter.

3. Remove the drip tray from the drip tray bracket.

4. Wash metal lters and grease trays as needed in a dishwasher or hot
detergent solution to clean.
5. Replace the grease drip tray.
6. To reinstall the lters, grasp the lter handles with both hands and
then place the front edge of the lter into the hood.
7. Push up on the back the handle, and then set rear of lter into the
drip tray to secure. Repeat for each lter
