Switching on the appliance and setting the temperature
Important note:
The temperature setting of the lower zone must always be the same or
higher than that in the upper zone.
For optimal performance the temperature setting of the 2 zones should
differ by at least 4°C
Follow the below steps to switch on the appliance and set the required
temperature:
1. Switch the appliance on at the plug, the appliance will beep and the internal
temperature of each zone will be shown on the 2 displays.
2. The temperature setting for each zone is adjustable within the range of 5°C
to 22°C or 40°F / 72°F.
3. When you press the temperature up or temperature down controls for the
first time, the LED displays will show the factory default temperature
setting of 10°C / 50°F for the upper zone and 16°C / 60°F for the lower
zone.
4. Use the zone selection button to choose the zone you want to set the
temperature of; the display of the zone you wish to set the temperature of
should be flashing. Then use the temperature up and temperature down
controls to set the desired internal temperature.
5. The temperature will increase by 1°C or 1°F if you touch the temperature
up control once and will decrease by the same amount if you press the
temperature down control once.
4. When you set a new temperature, the display will show the new selected
temperature for 3 seconds, before showing the previous/actual
temperature. The cooler temperature will gradually reduce or increase to
the newly set temperature and the display will adjust accordingly.
5. To view the set temperature in the wine cooler, press the temperature up
or temperature down control. The display will flash the temperature for 5
