The limited warranty provided BSH Home Appliances ("[Thermador")inthisState-
ment of Limited Product Warranty applies only to the Thermador VCI Series Ven-
tilation Custom Insert ("Product")soldtoyou,the firstusing purchaser, provided
thatthe Product waspurchased: (1)for your normal, household (non-commercial)
use, and has in fact at all timesonly been used for normal householdpurposes;
(2) new at retail(not adisplay,"as is", or previously returned model),and not for
resale,orcommercial use; and(3) within theUnitedStatesorCanada, andhas at
all times remained within thecountryoforiginal purchase. The warranties stated
herein apply only to the first purchaser of the Productand are not transferable.
Please make sure to return your registration card; while not necessary to effectu-
atewarrantycoverage, it is thebestway forThermador to notify youinthe
unlikely event of asafety notice or product recall.
How Long theWarranty Lasts: Thermador warrantsthatthe Product is free from defectsinmaterials andwork-
manship for aperiod of Three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date of pur-
chase. The foregoing timeline begins to run upon thedate of purchase, and shall
not be stalled, tolled,extended, or suspended,for any reason whatsoever.

will repair your Product withoutcharge to you (subject to certain limitations stated
