#1 Sound bar only goes from -6 to 0 on the bass level. I’m
assuming it should go to +6 as well? what can I do About
this?

The bass adjustment on the remote of our Enchant
Soundbar 1300 applies when you have our HK Enchant
Subwoofer.

#2 can i connect over wi-fi to enchant 1300 with my iphone or i
can only connect over bluetooth. and which one do harman
cardon suggest for better sound quality?

You can connect to both Bluetooth and wifi through the
Google Home app.

#3 What is the latest firmware version? My device has MCU:
43 / WIFI: 14 . Is there something like version history - want
to know the release date of this version?

Upon checking, the most recent update for the System
firmware is 1545620863 from several months back. To
check on your HK Enchant 1300's version, just connect it to
the Google Home app and check from there

#4 I have a 1300 and I am buying a new TV with HDMI 2.1.
What level of HDMI does the 1300 support? It is not clear
by your documentation.

Our HK Enchant 1300 is supporting HDMI 2.0. We have no
word on whether the HDMI chips on our HK Enchant 1300
is firmware upgradeable to HDMI 2.1 (EARC).
