Remove the battery cover and batteries. Remove the interior escutcheon to access the reset button. The reset button (see image) is located beside the PCB cable connector. While pressing the reset button (for a minimum of 3 seconds) reinstall batteries and release the reset button.

Use the primary code: Touch the keypad with the palm of your hand, enter a valid user code, press the '*' key, turn the thumbturn to open the door. Use the Key Card/Tag: Present a valid Key card or Tag to the lock, turn the thumbturn to open the door.
