1.LimitedWarranty.
Manufacturerwarrantsthattheproductssoldhereunderwillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship
foraperiodofone(1)yearfromthedateofpurchase.IftheproductsdonotconformtothisLimitedWarranty
duringthewarrantyperiod(ashereinabovespecified),BuyershallnotifyManufacturerinwritingoftheclaimed
defectsanddemonstratetoManufacturer'ssatisfactionthatsaiddefectsarecovered
bythisLimitedWarranty.If
thedefectsandproofofpurchaseareproperlyreportedtoManufacturerwithinthewarrantyperiod,andthe
defectsareofsuchtypeandnatureastobecoveredbythiswarranty,Manufacturershall,asitsownexpense,
furnishreplacementproductsor,atManufacturer'soption,replacementparts
forthedefectiveproducts.
InstallationofthereplacementproductsorreplacementpartsshallbeatBuyer'sexpense.
2.ExclusiveObligation:
THISWARRANTYISEXCLUSIVE.ThesoleandexclusiveobligationofManufacturershallbetorepairorreplacethe
defectiveproductsinthemannerandfortheperiodprovidedabove.Manufacturershall
nothaveanyother
obligationwithrespecttotheproductsoranypartthereof,whetherbasedoncontract,tort,strictliabilityor
otherwise.Undernocircumstances,whetherbasedonthisLimitedWarrantyorotherwise,shallManufacturerbe
liableforincidental,special,orconsequentialdamages.
3.OtherStatements.
Manufacturer'semployeesorrepresentatives'
oralorotherwrittenstatementsdonotconstitutewarranties,
shallnotberelieduponbyBuyer,andarenotpartofthecontractforsaleorthislimitedwarranty.
4.EntireObligation.
ThisLimitedWarrantystatestheentireobligationofManufacturerwithrespectstotheproducts.Ifanypartof
thisLimited
Warrantyisdeterminedtobevoidorillegal,theremaindershallremaininfullforceandeffect.
