This is a really simple to use and very well made product. just check the measurements as it is quite big depending on your available space.

it is metal but not S/S like the outside. It is a mottled metal material similar to the inside of a conventional oven. You will need space for this item as it is quite big but I find it really useful, not just for microwaving but also as a conventional oven when you need to cook something long and slow in one oven and something else high and fast in the other. Dead simple to operate.

I don't know, but I haven't found this microwaves other functions to work as described.

I take it you are referring to wether or not it has a usual turntable or a glass plate?? This model has a turntable. The only thing i have found that i dislike about this product is the defrost. It is complicated, cumbersome, and not overly well thought out. Otherwise, i love it.
