TO USE:
Citrus Juicer is designed to juice
lemons, limes oranges and grapefruit.
Place glass or pitcher under Citrus
Juicer to catch juice. Turn to Speed
6. Holding fruit firmly cupped in
hand, bring fruit in contact with spin-
ning reamer. Move fruit in all direc-
tions, exerting inward and downward
pressure to extract the juice. Clean
strainer as often as necessary.

TO ASSEMBLE:
Insert round end of metal shaft into reamer so pins fit into slot. Insert square end
of shaft through shaft housing portion of shield. Place strainer, narrow end first,
into slots in shield.
TO ATTACH:
Before attaching accessory, turn off
and unplug unit.
Loosen attachment knob (A) by turn-
ing it counterclockwise. Remove
attachment hub cover. Insert attach-
ment shaft housing (B) into attach-
ment hub (C) making certain that
attachment power shaft fits into
square hub socket. Rotate attachment
back and forth if necessary. When
attachment is in proper position, the
pin on the attachment will fit into the
notch on the hub rim. Tighten attach-
ment knob until attachment is com-
pletely secured to mixer.

TO CLEAN:
Wash in warm sudsy water. If you
wish you may place all plastic
components on the top rack of your
dishwasher. However, we recommend
that you wash the aluminum shaft in
warm sudsy water.
