Russell Hobbs 20680 Questions and Answers

#1 Does coffee stay hot indefinitely or does it shut off automatically
after a period of time?

there is no machine that stays hot all the time , the health and
safety rules do not allow it now so they all turn off at approx. 40 to
.45 mins

#2 This seems to be making really weak coffee. How can I get it to
produce more intense results?

"The advanced showerhead technology" brews steam through too
fast rather than a slow drip you get from all other machines. I'm
baffled by the many positive comments.
I assume people are just adding more coffee than should be
required. I gave my machine away.

#3 Can you put the jug in the dishwasher?

According to the instructions, you may wash these parts in the top
rack of a dishwasher. This comes under care and maintenance. I
always put my previous one in and that was okay.
