Property damage
Important
• The unit is not suitable for cleaning
contact lenses.
• Always place glasses with the lenses
facing upwards or sideways into the
screen insert or the unit to prevent
scratching the lenses.
• Do not use flammable cleaning fluids
(denatured alcohol, petroleum ether or
isopropanol).
Explosion hazard!
• Do not use soaps with a strong moistur-
ising effect.
• See section Areas of application.
Set-up
Important
• Place the unit on a solid and even sur-
face.
• Maintain sufficient distance to gas ov-
ens or electric ovens.
• Do not use the unit in the open air.
• Do not touch the unit with wet hands
while it is plugged in; do not allow any
water to be sprayed onto the unit. The
unit must be operated only when it is
completely dry.
• Protect the unit from strong impacts.
Before using the unit for the first
time
Important
• Before you use the unit for the first
time, remove all packaging materials.
• Check the unit for signs of use or dam-
age. If in doubt and the unit is dam-
aged, do not use it and contact your
dealer or the customer service address
provided.
• The manufacturer shall not be held li-
able for damage or injuries caused by
improper or incorrect use.
• Protect the unit from dust, dirt and moi-
sture.
Repairs
Important
• Please do not attempt to repair the unit
yourself. This could result in serious in-
juries. Failure to observe this regulation
shall void the warranty.
• If you need to have the unit repaired,
contact customer service or an author-
ised dealer.
