Initial Setup and Charging

  1. First-Time Charge: Before first use, fully charge the jump starter using the provided Type-C cable. Connect the cable to the device's Type-C port and a standard USB power adapter (not included). The digital display will show the charging progress.
  2. Regular Maintenance: If the device is not used regularly, recharge it fully at least once every three months to maintain battery health.

Jump-Starting a Vehicle

WARNING: Always read your vehicle's owner manual for specific instructions and safety warnings before attempting a jump-start.

  1. Ensure the jump starter is powered ON and has sufficient charge (check the display).
  2. Turn off the vehicle's ignition and all electrical accessories (lights, radio, etc.).
  3. Connect the smart jumper clamps to the vehicle battery terminals in the correct order:
    • RED Clamp (+): Connect to the POSITIVE (+) terminal of the dead battery.
    • BLACK Clamp (-): Connect to a clean, unpainted metal part of the engine block or chassis (a solid ground), away from the battery and fuel lines.
The smart clamps will analyze the connection. Ensure the connection is correct and secure.
  4. Press the device's "BOOST" or power button to activate jump-start mode (if required by your model). The display will indicate readiness.
  5. Get into the vehicle and start the engine. Do not crank the starter for more than 3 seconds at a time. Wait 30 seconds between attempts.
  6. Once the vehicle starts, immediately remove the clamps in the reverse order:
    • Disconnect the BLACK (-) clamp from the vehicle ground.
    • Disconnect the RED (+) clamp from the battery terminal.
  7. Recharge the jump starter as soon as possible after use.

  • If the device is damaged, emits odor, or becomes hot, discontinue use immediately.
  • This is a 12V device. Do not attempt to jump-start 24V vehicles.

Troubleshooting

  • Device won't turn on: The internal battery may be depleted. Recharge fully using the Type-C cable.
  • Vehicle doesn't start:
    • Verify the jump starter has adequate charge (check display).
    • Confirm the jumper clamps are connected correctly and making solid contact.
    • The vehicle's battery may be severely damaged or the problem may not be battery-related.
  • Smart clamps beep or show an error: This indicates reverse polarity, poor connection, or an incompatible voltage. Disconnect and re-check the connection steps.
