Charging the Headset

  1. Locate the USB Type-C charging port on the headset.
  2. Connect the included USB Type-C cable to the headset.
  3. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power adapter or computer port.
  4. The indicator light will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours.
Note: It is recommended to fully charge the headset before first use.

Powering On/Off & Pairing

  1. Power On: Locate the switch button on the headset. Slide the switch up and hold for 2 seconds. You will hear a power-on prompt and the indicator light will flash blue and red.
  2. Enter Pairing Mode: The headset will automatically enter pairing mode when powered on for the first time. The indicator light will flash blue and red rapidly. If it is not in pairing mode, press and hold the multi-function button for 5 seconds until the light flashes rapidly.
  3. On your Bluetooth device (e.g., smartphone), go to Bluetooth settings.
  4. Select "CNB100" or "JBT100" from the list of available devices.
  5. If prompted, enter the pairing code "0000".
  6. You will hear a "Connected" voice prompt.
  7. Power Off: Slide the power switch down and hold for 2 seconds. You will hear a power-off prompt.

Headset Controls & Indicators

The primary controls are located on the earpiece.

  • Multi-Function Button (Blue):
    • Answer/End Call: Press once.
    • Reject Call: Press and hold for 2 seconds.
    • Redial Last Number: Double-press.
    • Play/Pause Music: Press once when no call is active.
  • Mute Button:
    • Mute/Unmute Microphone: Press once during a call.
    • Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Press and hold for about 2 seconds when paired.
  • Volume Buttons (+/-): Adjust call or media volume.
  • Indicator Light:
    • Flashing Blue & Red: In pairing mode.
    • Solid Blue: Connected.
    • Flashing Blue: Incoming call or voice prompt active.
    • Red Light: Battery is low.
    • Solid Red: Charging.
    • Light Off: Fully charged or powered off.

Wearing the Headset

  1. Adjust the headband by extending or retracting the sliding arms to fit your head comfortably.
  2. Place the ear cushion over your preferred ear.
  3. Rotate the microphone boom downward and position it close to the corner of your mouth for optimal voice pickup.
  4. The headset can be worn on either the left or right ear.

Resetting the Headset

To clear all paired devices and restore factory settings:

  1. Ensure the headset is powered on.
  2. Press and hold the multi-function button for 10 seconds.
  3. The indicator light will flash blue rapidly three times, confirming the reset.
  4. The headset will then re-enter pairing mode.

Care & Maintenance
