INSTALLING THE WATER
DISPENSER LINE
Awaterdispenserwithalterisoneofthehelpful
featuresonyournewrefrigerator.
Tohelppromotebetterhealth,thewaterlter
removesunwantedparticlesfromyourwater.
However,itdoesnotsterilizethewaterordestroy
microorganisms.Youmayneedtopurchasea
waterpurifyingsystemtodothat.
Thewaterlinealsoconnectstotheicemaker.
Fortheicemakertooperateproperly,water
pressureof20~125psi(138~862kPa)is
required.
Iftherefrigeratorisinstalledinanareawithlow
waterpressure(below20psi),youcaninstalla
boosterpumptocompensateforthelowpressure.
Afteryouhaveconnectedthewaterline,make
surethewaterstoragetankinsidetherefrigeratoris
properlylled.
Todothis,pressthewaterdispenserleveruntilthe
waterrunsfromthewateroutlet.
