Taking pictures by setting the shutter speed

When recording, you can control the shutter speed to meet your recording purposes.
Aperture is automatically adjusted to be appropriate for the set shutter speed.
Set mode dial to [ ]
Rotate the rear dial to set the shutter speed

When you increase the shutter speed, you can reduce jitter when recording a
subject.
When you decrease the shutter speed, the subject’s movement is shown.

When the picture is too bright or too dark or there is incorrect exposure, the numbers
for the aperture value and shutter speed are shown in red.
The brightness of the LCD monitor/Viewfinder and the recorded pictures may differ.
Check the pictures on the playback screen.
Display of the shutter speed will count down when the shutter speed is set to slow and
the shutter button is pressed all the way. (Depending on shutter speed settings, count
down for processing may be displayed again after this.)
We recommend using a tripod when the shutter speed is slow.
The [Sensitivity] is automatically set to [AUTO] when you switch the Recording Mode
to Shutter-Priority AE Mode while the [Sensitivity] is set to [ ].
