#1 does this washer have a pre-wash option?

This model has our exclusive STAINTREAT™ II OPTION, which removes set-in stains by optimizing the temperature, tumbling actions, and cycle time based on the stain you select.

#2 I need it to fit under a countertop. The available vertical space is EXACTLY 38". Are there leveling legs that could be shortened or removed to give just enough room to slide the machine under the counter? Or would we be able to fit it as is??

The level legs are adjustable to ensure the washer is leveled side-to-side and stable corner-to-corner. We recommend not removing the legs. Installation of washer alone or side by side with dryer under counter, requires custom-built countertop and/or cabinetry to accommodate unit(s) height.

#3 I’m considering purchasing pedestals with my 527 washer and dryer. Since I live in a second floor condo apartment, I am concerned about the noise and vibrating factor. Will placing the machines on pedestals increase the vibrating and sound?

This can depend on the configuration of your home. Having your washer, dryer and pedestals installed on a solid surface and leveled properly, can minimize most vibrations or movement.
