TROUBLESHOOTING
Before calling for service, please review the Troubleshooting chart below, since the problem may notbe
a unit malfunction.
Is the filter still wrapped in the plastic bag?
Take out the filter from the plastic bag.
Is the air flow diminished?
Clean the areas with in the following table:
Is the unit used in a room with strong smells?
If the unit is used in the presence of strong smells such as
cigarette smoke, the filters may smell .
It is recommended to frequently ventilate the room where
the air purifier is used.

persists, replace the filters.
