#1 How does this compair to the apple extream?

I have had both. The difference between the two is the apple product works.

#2 Can you hardwire nighthawk x6 to your Smart TV. other words is there a port for connection?

Yes, you can hardwire your TV, there are four ports on the router that you can use.

This is a WiFi network and has nothing to do with HDMI. If your TV has wifi capability or wired Ethernet capability this can connect to the TV in either way and allow the TV to access the Internet.

The speed for a single attached device on the 5 GHz band would be similar, but since the Nighthawk X6 has two 5 GHz bands and does load balancing and uses smart connect the speed for multiple devices will be better.

No, it does not have to be connected to a computer. Although it does require connection to the internet most commonly done through a modem that you can purchase or that your internet provider will provide.

#6 I am wondering if this can act as a Wireless Access Point? I have a security Router already.

Yes it can serve as an Access Point and will automatically detect your router during initial setup.

#7 How much can the antenna's be folded when they are standing up? And can all of them be adjusted?

They can all move independently and can go from folded to 90° and then to 135°. The instructions recommend that you put them at 90° just for performance.
