Special Features
Start Button Memory
• To use last full cycle and options completed, press the
Start pad.
• Ifyou do not run dishwasher daily, close door to maintain
memory.
• If power is off or door is open for an extended period of
time, the Start button memory will default to Normal cycle
with Heat Dry.
To change a cycle
• Press Cancel.Drain. Wait for 2-minute drain to complete.
Reset dishwasher for desired cycle and options. (Re-
member to add detergent if dishwasher has already gone
through wash portion of original cycle.)
OR
• You can change cycle and options any time during first
2 minutes of cycle (while water is entering dishwasher)
without pressing Cancel.Drain.
To cancel a cycle
• Press Cancel.Drain. Wait for 2-minute drain to complete.
Control Lock
• Prevent accidental cycle selections by "locking" controls.
• To lockcontrols: Press and hold No Heat Dry pad for
4 seconds. Control Lock status indicator glows when
controls are locked.
• To unlock controls: Press and hold No Heat Dry pad for
4 seconds. Control Lock status indicator wil!flash and
turn off.
• If you try to set cycles or options when controls are
locked, Control Lock status indicator will flash so you
know cycles or options cannot be selected until controls
are unlocked.
Active Vent
The Active Vent greatly reduces the sound of your dish-
washer when it is in operation. A few minutes after wash
action begins, the Active Vent cover closes over the vent,
keeping in sound. When the wash action ends, the vent
cover opens and moisture vapor is vented out to the room.
NOTE: There isa slight noise when the cover closes the
vent and again when the cover opens the vent. This is
normal.
Favorite Cycle
Use the Favorite Cycle key to automatically select the
cycle and options you use most often. To program or
change your favorite cycle:
1. Select your desired cycle, options, and/or delay
combination.
2. Press and hold down the Favorite Cycle key for
3 seconds. The Favorite Cycle Set status indicator
glows when your combination is saved.
3. Once it is saved, press the Favorite Cycle key to select
your favorite cycle and options.
NOTE: If power is disconnected or the dishwasher door is
left open for more than one day, Favorite Cycle settings
may be lost in the memory. If that occurs, the dishwasher
selects the Normal Cycle with no options when you select
the Favorite Cycle. Simply repeat the steps for selecting a
Favorite Cycle to reset your dishwasher.
