Adjusting On-Screen Displays – Picture Menu
Picture Mode
Press the qp buttons to highlight Picture Mode, press
<enter>, then use t u to select Standard, OptiView
SunBrite Day, Optiview SunBrite Night or Personal picture
modes.
OptiView Day and Night modes provide the ultimate
outdoor viewing experience with a single touch. These
precongured, end-user settings are optimized for brighter
daytime or darker nighttime outdoor viewing environments.
Select Personal Mode if you wish to enable and use the
ambient light sensor for backlight dimming.
Color Temp
Press the qp buttons to highlight Color Temp. adjustment,
press <enter>, then use t u to select Personal, Normal,
Warm or Cool color temperature.
Zoom Mode
Press the qp buttons to highlight Zoom Mode adjustment,
, press <enter> then use t u to select picture zoom mode.
Backlight
Press the qp buttons to highlight Backlight adjustment,
press <enter>, then use t u to adjust backlight brightness.
DLC - Dynamic Light Control
Press the qp buttons to highlight DLC, press <enter>, then
use t u to turn DLC on and o.
DLC automatically optimizes brightness and contrast for the
program you’re watching.
Color Range
Press the qp buttons to highlight Color Range, press
<enter>, then use t u to select Auto, 0-233, or xxx-xxx
3DNR - 3D Noise Reduction
Press the qp buttons to highlight 3DNR adjustment, press
<enter>, then use t u to select O, Weak, Middle or Strong
NR mode.
Local Zone Dimming
Press the qp buttons to highlight Local Zone Dimming
adjustment, press <enter>, then use t u to select Enabled
or Disabled.
Enable Local Zone Dimming to improve black levels and
picture contrast. Disabled by default.
(Setting available on select 65 and 75” models only in
Personal Picture mode only)
1. Press qp buttons on the remote or CH+/CH- on the TV) to move the cursor to the item to be selected.
2. Press t u buttons on the remote or VOL+/VOL- on the TV to make the desired adjustments.
3. When your adjustments are complete, press MENU or EXIT on the remote or MENU on the TV to exit the main menu.
