Set the frequency on your graphics card.

HDMI-CEC is not working.
• Make sure your device is HDMI-CEC enabled.
• Check if your HDMI-CEC device is properly connected to the power source.
• Check the cable connection to your HDMI-CEC device.
• Make sure to power off the monitor and on when removing or connecting the HDMI cable.
• Make sure the HDMI-CEC option is set to On.
