Dyson AM07 Questions and Answers

#1 Got this fan for its whisper-quiet feature, However, it's much louder than normal fan. Is it normal? or just this particular one having trouble?
I believe you may need to just turn the fan speed down. When I plugged mine in straight out of the box, it was blasting at speed 10 and it was like working at an airline tossing baggage! When I got it down to speed <4, the sound level was negligible. I keep it on speed 1 or 2 and I forget that it is even there.

#2 Can this run day and night continuously in hot weather? Will the motor be burnt?
I've never tried running it that long...
But from my knowledge, as long as it's a motor, it can burn if run for a long time.
